Air Bag System Trainer

The Air Bag Systems Trainer utilizes real components to show the construction and operation details of air bag supplemental restraint systems. This system is ideal for informing students about the technology involved in these type of supplemental restraint systems.
The Steering wheel unit has been carefully sectioned to show the internal layout and construction of a typical restraint unit. Additional components and controls are mounted on the board to complete the system such as the impact crash sensors and controls. The air bag operation can be simulated and realistic faults are also able to be introduced to show typical problems in the units. The Sectioned Driver's steering wheel shows the unit in a pre-detonation state and can be inspected by the student.
A typical electronic control circuit for the SRS system is incorporated into the trainer that allows the student to connect up the system and make it operational. The student will do the connection and testing exercises with 2mm stackable test/connection leads and key sensors can be activated individually to explain the function and algorithm of the control system. This can also be used for realistic faults simulation to show typical problems in the units. After the circuit is completed, the air bag operation can be simulated via an LED graphic display that shows the detonation and deployment of the airbag systems as per in a simulated crash situation.
The trainer comes with a comprehensive manual covering the operation of the trainer, student exercises and additional information on different types of supplemental restraint systems (SRS) commonly used in vehicles today.

Analog circuit experiment set

Labtech offers a series of trainers for educational programs involving communications studies. These trainers are all designed in a modular format using our base station and PCB module approach in order to make the program both comprehensive and flexible for both the student and the teacher.

The training course is divided into separate sections for Analog and Digital Communications. Each section features a set of modules that cover the fundamental principles involved. Anti-Lock Braking System Trainer

This Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) Trainer is designed to demonstrate the theory and operational characteristics of today's modern braking systems, which feature computer controlled anti-locking or skid-control systems. Many ABS systems of various types are being included on newer vehicles as it greatly improves the control of the driver during braking. For this reason it has become a major safety device in the prevention of accidents and collisions.

The ABS trainers have been designed with the cooperation of the Robert Bosch company which is the leading manufacturer of ABS systems. The trainer has been developed not only to be just a simulator but the ABS system is fully functional, featuring a real ABS unit and real brake systems which makes it ideal for student observation, experimentation and also trouble shooting. Different friction values may be set for each wheel to simulate variable road conditions. Control of the braking action maybe observed with either the ABS unit on or off.

AUTOMOTIVE AIR CONDITIONING TRAINING SET

This Automotive Air Conditioner Trainer consists of an after market type air conditioning unit mounted onto a simulated auto chassis. This system is ideal for training in the operation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of automotive air conditioners.

Unit comes complete with an aftermarket automotive air conditioner, chassis with fire wall, compressor with drive clutch, evaporator with blower, condenser with fan, liquid receiver tank with sight glass and drier, electric drive motor for compressor, control panel with thermostat control and blower switch.  All tubing and connections are provided for the operational system and pressure taps are included so as to facilitate measurements at key points.  A 12 volt DC power supply operates the compressor clutch, evaporator blower and condenser fan.  The electrical drive motor is, approximately 2.2 kW rating (3 Hp).  Unit comes complete with service and maintenance manual as well as job sheets for student exercises.

Automotive Electrical Training Systems

Elektrikli Pratik Eğitim Kurulu Sistemi, bir otomobil üzerindeki elektrik sistemini gerçekçi bir şekilde simüle etmek üzere tasarlanmıştır. Orijinal bileşenler, tüm parçaların ve kabloların görünür olmasına olanak tanıyan net Plexiglas panellere monte edilmiştir. Paneller, üç depolama çekmecesi içeren ağır kabin üzerine monte edilmiş bir çerçeveye dikey olarak sabitlenmiştir. Panellerin dikey sunumu, ortak araç kablo şemalarının şematik sunumunu taklit eder. Panellerde kablolama kılavuzları ve simgeler bulunur.

Öğrencilere şematik tipteki devre şemalarını tanımak için panellere ipek ekranlı. Her komponentin telleri panele monte edilmiş 4mm kablo terminallerine getirilir. Bileşenlerin bağlantısı, sağlanan istiflenebilir 4mm fişli kablolar kullanılarak kolaylıkla gerçekleştirilir. Bir otomobil tarafından sağlanan gücü yineleyen 12 Voltluk bir DC transformatör, bileşenlere güç sağlar.
