VOCATIONAL TRAINING

The Industrial Refrigeration Trainer enables students to learn advanced techniques and to become acquainted with the systems as used on larger industrial types of refrigeration systems. Applications are explored for units that utilize multiple Evaporators, water-cooled condensers, water towers, electric defrost, hot-gas defrost, crankcase regulators, oil separators etc.

Our Refrigeration & Air conditioning trainers emphasize the theory as well as practical aspects. The piping systems are color-coded and laid out neatly as to represent functional refrigerant circuit diagrams. All major components utilize flare fittings wherever possible to aid in servicing exercises. High quality components are utilized with brand names such as Dan Foss, Tecumseh, Bitzer, Muller, Alco, etc.
                                                                         
FEATURES: Components are clearly laid out and mounted onto a mobile steel stand that incorporates a work surface, silk screen diagram of the refrigeration circuit, comprehensive courseware including factory manuals and student job sheets, valves are supplied to cut in or out various components, sight glasses monitor the refrigerant state, hand valves allow malfunctions to be introduced, temperature points are provided for monitoring performance.

COMPONENTS AND SYSTEMS INCLUDE:
Industrial type compressor (open or semi hermetic), oil separator, water cooled condenser (tube-in-tube), water cooling tower, Receiver, filter / dryer 7 with fans including defrost devices. Heat exchanger, Accumulator, 14 pieces hand valve, high / low pressure start, 3 pieces low pressure gauge, 3 pieces high pressure gauge, pressure taps, electrical box with starter control, circuit breaker, on / off switch, voltmeter and ammeter.

The Digital Trainer is a modular course covering concepts, theory and applications for digital electronics training. It is designed to start the student with the basics of digital technology and goes onto advanced digital topics. The level of training is further extended with the applications boards which allow the student to apply his knowledge to real circuit applications.

The trainer is available in a variety of configurations as it is in a modular format. This allows our system to meet the requirements of most teachers and schools. Each of the modules has it's own courseware which is integrated into the complete system.

The modules are designed to work with the base station which provides common facilities that are required for the experiments. The base station features a multiple output power supply, clock generator, logic indicator, data switches, toggle switches, push buttons, pulsars and seven segment displays.

This trainer is introduced to the basics of the refrigeration and air conditioning. The trainer is a fully self contained and fully operational unit that includes basic refrigeration and air conditioning systems. These components have been mounted on special table-top frames and are clearly identified and identified for student examination. During operation, studies about the general cycle of refrigeration technology can be made. A number of special controls, meters and transparent view ports have been set up and monitored.

FEATURES: The trainer is a special work bench that incorporates a demonstration board onto which components are mounted. The components are neatly laid out in a manner similar to the refrigeration circuit. The refrigeration circuit is shown on a colorful silk screen diagram. Refrigeration lines are coded to indicate the state of the refrigerant. This bench may be mounted on wheels (W) for mobility. The unit comes with instruction manual and student job sheets. Power requirements are 220 VAC, 1 Phase, 50 Hz or alternatively 110 VAC, 1 Phase, 60 Hz.

COMPONENTS AND SYSTEM INCLUDE: A hermetically sealed compressor (air cooled), forced air condenser, forced air evaporator, two pressure gauges (high and low), thermal expansion valve (TXV) , high pressure switch, low pressure switch, 3 hand valves. Instrument panel with system controls, voltmeter and amp meter.

We have designed a special flexible training system for refrigeration and air conditioning electrical controls. The program covers the operation, use and wiring of refrigeration and air conditioning controls, compressors, electrical motors and basic electrical installation. It consists of plexiglass panels that are inserted into the special frame. This allows the student to quickly assemble the various types of operational systems and explore their functions and characteristics.

This trainer is not only ideal for exposing and giving practice in the refrigeration and air condi- tions, but also can be used for making specific specialist training programs. Complete systems can be mocked up or the controls can be connected to other installations or trainers. All electrical connections are brought out to 4 mm heavy duty terminals.

Connections are made with stackable electrical test leads, which allows students to make quick connections and easy measurements. Refrigerant connections can also be made with flexible hoses in order to create fully operational systems. A variety of modules are available to suit particular training requirements. Student exercise sheets are included to cover the components and basic electrical connections.

This trainer provides a good grounding in mastering control technology using various types of electrical contactor circuits. The trainer features modular components are mounted onto a rack system to facilitate the setting up of various types and configurations of circuits.

This system allows the students to select the module and design their own wiring on various contactor circuits. The student is also introduced to popular motor control circuits, such as a reversing circuit with various interlocking circuits, star-delta circuits, pole switching circuits for separate winds, Dahlander Circuits for two speed rotation, jogging, plugging and many other common circuits such as direct on / off switching, monitor lamp operation, fault indication and switching from two locations via a sequential circuit. a student / teacher manual, which covers technical explanations, is provided together with student job sheets.

The 3 level workstation is available as a bench top or mobile unit and accommodates up to four students. The three level rails system holds the modules firmly in place. Connections between the components are made by using stackable 4 mm test leads, which plugs into 4 mm color-coded heavy-duty captive-head binding posts. This will allow the students to make quick and precise connections.

The Hydraulic Brake Chassis is designed for student skills training in the operation, installation, maintenance and repair of Hydraulic Brake Systems. The unit consists of original automotive components which are mounted onto a simulated model Auto Chassis. The Chassis includes an integrated floor stand that is mounted on wheels for mobility.

The components are attached to the chassis in approximately the same position as found on an automobile. All components are fully functional and the chassis brake system can be operated as a self contained unit. An optional hydraulic line pressure gauge is available to be installed into the brake lines so that the pressure of the hydraulic fluid can be observed.

The chassis may be ordered in several models all of which feature Four Brake Units either all Disc , all Drum or a two Disc and two Drum combinations. Other components include the brake pedal, brake light activating switch, master cylinder, one handbrake lever (for rear drum brakes), two brake lights and all necessary hydraulic tubing and cabling. Unit comes complete with student job sheets which provide detailed exercises.
